TRIPP TRAPP® Safety Instructions

Read the instructions carefully before use and follow them in detail to ensure that the safety features of the TRIPP TRAPP® high chair is not compromised. TRIPP TRAPP® high chair is the chair that grow with the child so please keep these instructions for future reference and save the Allen key for later use. Re-tighten all screws 2-3 weeks after assembly. Your child's safety may be affected if you do not follow these instructions.

Prevent serious injury or death from falls or sliding out

• Never leave child unattended.
• Always use the restraint system when the seat is in one of the top 3 grooves.
• Always keep child in view.
• Stay in reach of your child.
• Do not use the high chair unless all components are correctly fitted and adjusted. Pay special attention to the seat and footplate - make sure these are properly fastened before you put your child into the high chair.
• Do not place the high chair near an open fire or other sources of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires, etc. due to risk of fire.
• Do not use the high chair if any part is broken, torn or missing.
• Do not use the high chair before the child can sit up by itself.
• Always place the high chair on a level stable surface and make sure that the high chair has space to slide backwards.
• Be careful not to place small items, toxic substances, hot objects, and electrical flexes, etc. near the high chair where your child can reach them, as they may cause choking, poisoning or other injuries.
• Remember to retighten all screws 2-3 weeks after assembly of the high chair. After that you should check on and retighten the screws if necessary on a regular basis, e.g. every second month. Keep the Allen key for future use, but out of the child's reach.
• Do not use any accessories or replacement parts not manufactured by STOKKE®; this may affect your child's safety.
• Do not use the high chair as a step stool.
• Do not use the high chair with a booster seat.
• The child should be secured in the high chair at all times by the restraining system.
• TRIPP TRAPP® is intended for use when your child is capable of sitting upright unassisted (approximately from 6 months).
• Front of footrest not to exceed front legs of the high chair at floor level.

Fantastic
The new Stokke Xplory is fantastic. I bought one last year and I am the envy of all of my firends. The new colours look so good that I splashed out on one of the beautiful new blue fabrics. The Xplory is such a pleasure to use. My toddler loves being sat up high and i love to be able to talk to her. I think that the Xplory is the best pushchair on the market.

Stokke Xplory is worth the price
Our first stroller was a Combi Strolee and Graco SnugRide infant seat used together as a travel system. As our daughter was reaching the limits of the travel system we had, we looked for a durable and versatile everyday stroller and decided on the Stokke Xplory. While the price was high, $769 US, we felt it was worth spending the money on one very good stroller rather than buying multiple cheaper strollers that so many other people we knew had done in the past.The cool design caught our attention to the Xplory at first, but after having used it for several months we have found the design to be quite practical, too. It is extremely easy to maneuver in downtown Toronto and handles curbs and uneven surfaces easily. The wheels are rubber with air bubbles, so they are compliant and we don't need to worry about a flat tire or tote around a pump. I can open doors with one hand and maneuver the stroller through the door with my other hand. The two-wheel mode required some practice to master, but now going up or down stairs and escalators is quite easy and often faster than queuing up for the elevator with all the other families with strollers.
