Returns and Exchanges

At www.planetkidsny.com your satisfaction is guaranteed. You can return an item within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price. We regret shipping costs are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid. We cannot accept freight collect items. If the item returned was originally shipped FREE FREIGHT, the actual freight charge will be deducted from the refund due to you.

Please remember all returned merchandise must be new and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail with your return. We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products if they have been opened or used: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, maternity bras, and undergarments. All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division. We will issue a full refund -less freight charge, if shipped FREE FREIGHT- for the purchase price of any product you return that meets these above conditions. For your protection, please use United Parcel Service or insured parcel post for return shipments.
