This would pertain to the "ship to" address on your order. - Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our Web site may be mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures.

- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation
- At www.planetkidsny.com your satisfaction is guaranteed. You can return an item within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price. We regret shipping costs are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid. We cannot accept freight collect items. If the item returned was originally shipped FREE FREIGHT, the actual freight charge will be deducted from the refund due to you.
Please remember all returned merchandise must be new and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail with your return. We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products if they have been opened or used: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, maternity bras, and undergarments. All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.
We will issue a full refund -less freight charge, if shipped FREE FREIGHT- for the purchase price of any product you return that meets these above conditions. For your protection, please use United Parcel Service or insured parcel post for return shipments.- We can ship your package to virtually any address within the Continental United States, excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. We currently cannot accept orders for APO/FPO or international addresses. Our shipping method is via FEDEX ground, U.S Postal services and/or Messenger Service at our discretion.
Please note: FEDEX 2-Day Air and Next Day Air orders are shipped within 24 to 36 hours after the order is placed. We do not ship on weekends or major Holidays. Next Day Air orders placed by 1 PM EST on Fridays will arrive the following Tuesday.
Oversized items will require an additional fee for shipping and handling charges, which is listed in the description of the product. Total shipping cost is calculated by adding the oversize fee to the base shipping cost at check out. Items ordered at the same time may be delivered separately. Please note, signature upon delivery is required unless otherwise stated. If an item is not delivered after 3 delivery attempts, it is returned to sender.
